Axiom is looking for a Business Development Representative with 3–5+ years of experience who is ready to make a visible impact. In this role, you’ll partner with smart, driven industry professionals and help our clients solve complex challenges in the built environment — all while fueling Axiom’s continued growth. If you enjoy consultative sales, networking with decision-makers, and influencing major project outcomes, this is the place for you.

Research and identify ideal target clients in A/E/C markets
Build awareness and engage prospects through calls, email, and in-person outreach
Schedule discovery meetings and support educational presentations
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions
Qualify leads, manage pipeline activity, and maintain accurate CRM data
Collaborate closely with Axiom leadership to secure revenue-generating opportunities
3–5+ years of sales or business development experience
Proven success meeting goals and growing sales
Experience in construction or A/E/C industry strongly preferred
Excellent networking and communication skills
Working knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Energy, initiative, and the ability to build strong professional relationships
